Song I wrote falling asleep

Listen
I'll suit you well
My eyes have grown tired
Of distant veins, our hell
I tried, I fought
But burned, is how I wind up

Lines make my mind tricked again
I see more in than outside of them
I'd lie and say that I feel what you're feeling
But I'm feeling nothing

So here's to another night
On open highs
Of lacked sleep and day dreams at 3 a.m. East time
Here's to the friends who vent
And the one's who care to lie
He's to what keeps me up at night

Light seemed to move
Since the last time
The last time I moved from this spot
And stuck to the table is my lifeline
Stuck to the walls are my thoughts
Lay me down to rest
Oh shut my eyes for me
Lay me down to bed
Oh and if I could sleep

So here's to another night
On open highs
Of lacked sleep and day dreams at 3 a.m. East time
Here's to the friends who vent
And the one's who care to lie
He's to what keeps me up at night

The stars on my ceiling
They occupy my eyes
They moons in my palms
They make me fall apart

I've constantly imagined
What I'd like to see
A dream, oh, awake or asleep

So here's to what's right
And here's to my mind

So here's to another night
On open highs
Of lacked sleep and day dreams at 3 a.m. East time
Here's to the friends who vent
And the one's who care to lie
He's to what keeps me up at night
Oh here's to what keeps me up all night
