Some boys are fragile
Some girls act strong
Some boys have shoulders
To hang girls hearts on
Others have hearts
To handle with care
Some girls that take it
Don't know how to play fair
Pass it around, pass it around
Hearts fall to the ground
Girls they cry, girls they weep
But no one wonders how the boys keep
Tears from their eyes, hands they've untied
Nobody wonders how or why
Boys cry
Some girls are cold
Some boys are warm
Some girls break boys in
If they stay too long
Others tell lies
To keep up their faces
Some girls like the boys
Who know where there place is
Pass it around, pass it around
Hearts fall to the ground
Girls they cry, girls they weep
But no one wonders how the boys keep
Tears from their eyes, hands they've untied
Nobody wonders how or why
Boys cry
Chests too strong to cave under the weight of pain
All along not one can let it out or erase
They carry around, hearts grating the ground
But no tears to make a sound...
Pass it around, pass it around
Hearts fall to the ground
Girls they cry, girls they weep
But no one wonders how the boys keep
Tears from their eyes, hands they've untied
Nobody wonders how or why
Boys cry
